Aberdeen Christmas Village

Gather your family and friends and get into the festive spirit at Aberdeen Christmas Village, returning from Thursday 12 November 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027.

From a spin on the open-air ice rink to fairground thrills and tempting food and drink, there’s plenty to enjoy against the stunning backdrop of Marischal College.

Festive Fairground Rides

• New for 2026: The Freak Out
• Returning favourites: Helter Skelter, Bavarian Fun House, Avalanche, Twister, Balloon Ride, Children's Carousel and Bungee Trampolines.

Open-Air Ice Rink

• Enjoy skating beneath twinkling fairy lights with Marischal College as your backdrop.
• Off-peak: £5 per person (Monday–Thursday, 12pm–6pm, excluding school holidays).
• Standard: £8 per person (all other times).
• Sessions: 20 minutes, including skate hire.
• Booking: No advance booking required.

Village Food Plaza

• Food and drink: German bratwursts, freshly made pizza, Dutch pancakes, churros, hot chocolate and more.
• Vendors: Swing Grill, Ten Dollar Shake, Fierce, We Love Crumble, Tucan, Big Manny's Pizza, Hot Chip and Sweet Haus.
• Facilities: Covered seating to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

• Friday: 12pm–midnight
• Saturday: 10am–midnight
• Sunday: 10am–10pm
• Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
