Are you having a problem with your gift card?
If your card is broken, need to extend the expiry date, or simply have a question related to your gift card, you can contact the gift card provider by emailing support@mi-cnx.com or phoning 0121 268 3210 and they will be able to answer any queries.
If you want to check the balance on your gift card visit the link here, or phone 0121 260 2849. You can also check your balance by scanning the QR code on the back of your gift card.
