Nuart Aberdeen, the globally acclaimed and much-loved street art festival, made its long-awaited return to Aberdeen in June and ran throughout the summer.
Postponed in April 2020 because of the global pandemic, the flagship festival made its much-anticipated return to Aberdeen’s city centre beginning in June 2021, as a COVID secure series of individual street art productions which took shape on the city’s walls over the summer.
It is hoped that the outdoor festival will continue to help to attract both locals and visitors to the city centre as it recovers from lockdown.
Brought to you by the team behind Stavanger’s internationally renowned Nuart Festival, the award-winning festival returned to the Granite City for its fourth edition and ran throughout the summer with artists producing work supported by a local production team during the extended festival period.
It is hoped that Nuart Aberdeen will continue to help to attract both locals and visitors to the city centre as it recovers from lockdown.
