Promote your Special Offering

Advertise your special offering, promotion or event for The Tall Ship Races Aberdeen!

Can you offer customers something special during The Tall Ships Races? This could be a themed menu or special cocktail, a unique product, deal or discount, an exciting event or extra entertainment at your venue – completely up to the individual business. We would love to hear what you have planned!

This is your chance for an extra boost of publicity - showcase your business and help welcome visitors to the city for the event!

We will list appropriate promotions on our website and may feature you on our official or partner social media channels. We encourage businesses to let us know as soon as possible so we can consider featuring you in the build up to the event. Please submit your offers using our online form below.

We also have an option to offer an extra special something to the international crews visiting Aberdeen for the event. These offers will not be listed publicly but will be included in the crew handbook produced by the project team to welcome these VIPs to the city.

Branded Activation Pack

The project team have created a high-quality branded activation pack for businesses to help dress the city centre, along with spreading awareness and anticipation for the event.

The pack features A1 posters, window stickers and bunting and can be used to decorate your window area or be incorporated into a more elaborate window display for the event.

Please complete our short form to apply for a pack. Due to budgetary constraints, there are a limited number of packs available, and we will be in touch in due course to confirm if you have been allocated a pack.

Packs will be available for pick up from a city centre collection point from May – more detail will be provided to those allocated a pack.

We are also developing branded digital assets for social media use, which will be freely available for any business to use. Please keep an eye on our website for this resource in the coming months.

Stock Official Merchandise

A wide range of high-quality branded merchandise has been designed for the event, with sales currently via the official Tall Ships Races Aberdeen online shop, which operates ‘print on demand’ - shop.tallshipsaberdeen.com.
