Aberdeen Restaurant Week x Aberdeen Gift Card Competition

1. The promoter is Aberdeen Inspired.
2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees of Aberdeen Inspired, participating Aberdeen Restaurant Weeks businesses, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
4. Winners are determined instantly when the QR code is scanned.
5. Winners must complete the prize claim form in full to claim their prize.
6. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the prize being forfeited.
7. Aberdeen Inspired reserves the right to verify the restaurant visited and the date of the visit. Winners may be asked to provide proof of purchase or payment before a prize is awarded.
8. Winners must agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition, including photography and publicity, as a condition of receiving the prize.
9. The prize is one £50 Aberdeen Gift Card valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
10. The prize has no cash value, no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
11. Aberdeen Gift Cards are subject to the Aberdeen Gift Card Terms of Use.
12. Aberdeen Inspired reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and winners.
13. Any fraudulent activity, duplicate claims or attempts to manipulate the competition may result in disqualification.
14. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or claim a prize.
15. Personal information will only be used to administer the competition and, where consent has been given, to send future marketing communications in accordance with Aberdeen Inspired's Privacy Policy.
16. The competition closes on 6 September 2026 at 10pm. Entries or prize claims received after this time may not be accepted.
17. Aberdeen Inspired reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
