Reform Physio & Pilates was founded by Laura Patterson in 2020 to provide expert physiotherapy, Reformer Pilates, and specialist pelvic health services in Aberdeen. With a passion for helping people move better and addressing the gap in women’s pelvic health support, Laura created a welcoming, evidence-based practice focused on empowering individuals at every stage of life. Since opening its first clinic in Cults in 2021, Reform has expanded with a second Aberdeen location on Albyn Terrace, continuing its mission to help clients build confidence, strength, and understanding of their bodies.
