Celebrate 120 years of HMT by getting your dancing shoes on!
Experience HMT like never before, and step into the spotlight with the only fitness experience that fuses functional training and dance fitness to the sound of Broadway, West End, and movie musical hits – on the HMT stage!
Not only will you be supporting Aberdeen Performing Arts, you’ll be working out, having fun and learning some new moves.
No audience, no mirrors, just you and the stage.
Please be ready and in the New Foyer (Box Office) ten minutes before the start of the class – toilets are available by the Box Office for changing.
Make sure to wear comfy clothes that you are able to dance in, and shoes that won’t hinder your moves. You can take a water bottle with you, but please make sure it is sealed/has a closed lid.
Please bear in mind the stage is raked (on a slope), and there are stairs to and from the stage. Although this class is all about fun, there is a low level of fitness and mobility required to get the most of it.
