Ellon mum Jade Auld, who runs the Instagram account @scottishandsober, will kick off a series of inspiring talks at SOBR. Since ditching alcohol in 2021, Jade has been documenting her life of sobriety, attracting 13,000 followers in the process.

At SOBR, community is at the heart of everything - and that’s exactly what drew Jade to share her story here. As she marks five years sober, Jade invites you to join her for an honest, welcoming evening of conversation and connection.

This event is for anyone who’s sober, sober-curious or simply exploring what wellbeing can look like without alcohol. There’s no pressure, no labels, and no judgement. Just a shared space where everyone belongs.

Jade will openly talk about her journey to sobriety, including the messy moments, the mindset shifts and the unexpected positives she’s experienced over the last five years. It’s a real, relatable story that reflects the ups and downs of choosing yourself.

Jade’s hope is that guests leave feeling connected, empowered and perhaps optimistic about what an alcohol-free life could offer them.

Come as you are. Stay for the community.

Tickets are £15 per person, with a glass of non-alcoholic fizz on arrival included.
