Aberdeen Inspired welcomes GB Energy’s choice of Marischal Square as its HQ as a boost for the city centre and a vote of confidence in Aberdeen.
Adrian Watson, chief executive of Aberdeen Inspired, said: “That GB Energy has chosen to not only make Aberdeen the home of its new headquarters, but to base itself right in the heart of the Granite City is a welcome and major boost that we all need right now.
“Having many new jobs based at Marischal Square will make a massive difference to our city centre, increasing footfall and also boosting local businesses who will benefit from having a new tranche of customers on their doorstep.
“As we all know, the best way to re-energise and regenerate our city centre is to have people in it and this decision by GB Energy is a stride towards that essential goal.
