When looking at current street art practitioners, few can stand up to M-City. With over 700 works to date in his M-City series, Marius is one of the most hard working and distinctive street artists operating across the globe. From his numerous walls around Stavanger to his large scale murals across Europe and the States, Marius makes a statement.
For his first wall in Aberdeen he decided to look at the cities slowing oil economy and created his mural around this theme. A big and bold piece situated on Harriet Street. Working with local graffiti artists Alter Ego. Created using his distinctive stencils, Marius completed both pieces in a staggering 4 days.
Certainly a topical mural and good conversation starter, we're honoured to have m-city.org adding his voice to the conversation and leaving his mark on Aberdeen!
