Work is now well underway on planning what will be the third year of the Aberdeen Christmas Village on Broad Street, and you should hopefully have recently received information outlining stall hire opportunities for local businesses.

The Christmas in the Quad market returns for 2019, situated in the beautiful Marischal College Quadrangle. Building on the success of last year, the event will feature more stalls and extended opening hours, as well as an improved layout to further encourage customer dwell time. These measures, we hope, will result in additional customer spend at participating stalls and we would be delighted for levy payers to utilise this opportunity over the festive season.

Full details of dates, requirements, costs and sign-up arrangements are all contained within the previously circulated information, please click here

We already have a significant number of applications to participate but there is still capacity for other businesses to get involved as we are keen to offer the public a unique offering each week over the five-week run. While we acknowledge that decisions on participation may need to be referred to area managers, owners or head officers, it is worth adding that the sooner we have confirmation from those seeking to participate in the Christmas in the Quad market the greater the likelihood a slot can be offered and that first choices of market dates can be accommodated.
