Founded by two individuals with an oil and gas background, Lost Loch Spirits emerged as a passion project, evolving into a medium-sized business. Read along as Founder Pete Dignan unravels the exciting world of Lost Loch Spirits!

This weekened get yourself involved in the festivities at Aberdeen's Christmas Village(1st-3rd December) and explore the wide range of spirits from Lost Loch Spirits.

WHO IS BEHIND LOST LOCH SPIRITS?

Can you tell us more about you and why you set up the company?

My business partner and myself have always had an interest in the spirits industry. We are both from an oil and gas background but wanted to create something away from this industry. The alcohol industry is fun and creative. What started as a passion project has grown into a medium size business.

Can you tell us about the products you are selling at Curated In The Quad?

Lost Loch Spirits produces a range of funky own brand spirits that include Murmichan, Scotland’s first absinthe. Haroosh, a whisky honey and bramble liqueur. Cutaway rum, a delicious lightly spiced Caribbean style rum. eeNoo gin, a berry and honey based London dry gin and Rucolino, an Italian based high abv liqueur bursting with citrus flavours.

Why did you decide to take part in this year’s Curated In The Quad?

This will be our 4th year. We don’t do to may markets but we do enjoy the quad. There is a great buzz around Christmas and the foot fall in town is amazing. The setting for the market is great and is sheltered from those winter winds.
